SIOW GmbH was founded by Ai San Luzio in Zürich, Switzerland — with one clear purpose: to make cross-border business between Europe and China genuinely trustworthy and effective.

Having navigated both cultures personally and professionally, Ai San recognised that most international business failures are not strategic failures. They are failures of translation — cultural, commercial, and relational. SIOW was built to close that gap.

SIOW is deliberately small and selective. Every client works directly with Ai San and her trusted partner network — not a junior team. That personal accountability is the foundation of everything SIOW does.
